Ultra girl is on the trail of a criminal and enters the lair to find him and bring him to justice. Once inside, she begins to search when she is overtaken and falls to the couch. He begins to play with her resting body before stripping her down and binding her wrists over head. She struggles to escape before once again being overtaken and she is left bound while he decides what to do with her next
