ultra girl is undercover as a reporter investigating a hideout for a known villain. she is discovered outside and taken. she awakens tied up inside the house on a chair with her belt taken off and struggles to get away. she manages to get across the room in her binds to get the belt and is able to break free of her binds. she then goes to find her captor
