Then, all of sudden, she saw an isolated house ahead of her. Running up to it, she tried the front door, found it unlocked, and stepped inside. The place was eerily dark and quiet. Stumbling from room to room, Lexi called out to the owners, hoping to seek assistance and protection from them. All she got back was the same unsettling silence. In the garage she managed one last desperate cry for help before a big figure stepped up from behind, raised aloft a baseball bat, and brought it thudding down on the top of her head.
