It seems like Bert had too much sugar, he's bursting with energy today. He jumps into the ring and starts throwing himself and spreading all around, saying how he's "Bert the magnificent" (??) and that he's the "best wrestler world has ever seen" (????). He didn't notice that he's been watched by Rage and Delilah, who find his little show off comical, and decide to come downstairs to mess with him, and teach him a lesson, of course.
