In the first part of this custom clip, Rapture has been invited to a very private party. So private in fact, that when she arrives she's the only one there. She asks where everyone else is, and is told that they will be arriving later. Rapture's not really worried, as she's here to get her revenge & not to "party". She toys with her tiny host for a bit, flexing & showing off her muscles, giving him some quick breast smothers, until she's decided that she's tired of waiting for this party to start.
