Time for some more breath hold pool training! I start out wearing swim goggles to warm up. No nose clip though, so I have the added challenge of water sneaking up my nose. After I do a couple holds, I remove my goggles and surrender to the water with nothing on my face at all. The sensations of the cold water in my eyes and nose adding another challenge! That doesn't stop me though. I end up holding my breath for almost three minutes at the end! Can you beat me?
