Whatever possessed me to light up a cigarette today. I mean, it is like 10 degrees outside right now and it is 3:30 in the afternoon. I just came in from outside and really felt I needed a cigarette. My body craved it so badly. I have Virginia Slims 120's and they are not strong, so I tend to puff harder on these cigarettes, to fulfill my need of having my cigarette and my nicotine. Whatever possessed me to light up a cigarette today. I mean, it is like 10 degrees outside right now and it is 3:30 in the afternoon. I just came in from outside and really felt I needed a cigarette. My body craved it so badly. I have Virginia Slims 120's and they are not strong, so I tend to puff harder on these cigarettes, to fulfill my need of having my cigarette and my nicotine. I am at the point, where I could almost vomit with each drag and cough because my lungs don't want to work to their full capacity today! But, I can't help myself, I am giving in and want to feel the taste of that cigarette, that is only causing my lungs more harm then they should really endure today! It is what I need, oh my god, but I am coughing and gagging so hard, my eyes began to tear as I hold back wanting to gag to the point where I could just get myself sick. However, I don't care, it hurt more than you can imagine, and it was so worth it! Watch me my poor lungs in this cold polar weather! If I can enjoy it, so can you!
