She begins to examine Susan so much that she has more and more difficulty breathing. She is made to lie down on the bed and is connected to the monitor and oxygen. After several minutes the doctor goes into cardiac arrest, she has had a heart attack. Dr. Evelyn begins CPR maneuvers and, as the AMBU is not taken outside the room to be sterilized, she must use MTM and chest compressions. Evelyn's colleague reenters the room with the AMBU and the two continue several rounds of CPR and AMBU bagging. Susan's bra is cut off and defibrillator pads placed on her chest. The shocks have no effect and the rescuers continue with CPR. Susan is stripped completely while everyone fights to save her life. More rounds of CPR and numerous AMBU bagging and again numerous defibrillator shocks. After many attempts the doctor finally recovers.
