You guys already know this dress - the short flirty one where the skirt flips around a lot in the breeze, lol. I was wearing it when we visited the amusement park and I snuck away for two cigarettes - that's what smokers do, sneak away and smoke. The light is great in this one and the smoke looks pretty amazing in the humid air.
