You had a bit of a health issue last week. Please describe what happened. You’ve said it was painful to breathe. Can you tell us more about that? What about your heart? Did you have chest pain? Was your heart beating faster than usual? You went to the emergency room. What was that like? What tests did they do, and what were the results? Was your chest x-ray normal? Did they say what they were looking for? Did you lie to the doctors about how much you smoke? What did they say when you told them about your smoking habits – how much you smoke, how many years, etc.? Did they give you any advice? You’ve certainly been coughing a lot more in the past few months. Are you pretty sure the coughing caused the pain? While being respectful of your privacy, can you tell us what the people in your “real” life think about your smoking? Do they tell you to quit? Do they think the money you earn outweighs the health risks? Do you try to hide the side effects from the people in your life? What would it take to get you to consider quitting? You’ve said the only kind of cancer you don’t want is tongue cancer. So if you were diagnosed with cancer, do you really think you’d keep smoking? Would your loved ones be okay with that? What if your heart became so weak you couldn’t walk up steps? Would you get one of those automatic chairs that old people use to take them upstairs? How about COPD? If you needed an inhaler and a supplemental oxygen tank, would you keep smoking? You said before that if you needed a breathing tube in your throat, that might convince you to quit ... Is that still true? What about diabetes? If you were diagnosed with Type II diabetes and knew you might have to have your feet amputated, would you consider stopping? Do you think after this recent event that you might change your behavior in any way? For example, give up funny cigarettes? Or take edibles instead? Or smoke less? (You used to smoke less before you became a top smoking model.) Anything to give your lungs a little rest? So to wrap up – did this incident change your thinking in any way?
