Amelia is sent to wait for The Dean after class. When he arrives he discusses her infractions upon her arrival: telling him 'no', swearing, not following directions, etc. She is placed on the stool and strapped hard on her leggings and then on her bare bottom and then placed in time out against the wall to await his returns. The Dean returns with a cheek to cheek paddle which he uses on Amelia's bare bottom. She cries in pain all through out the punishment, making it very clear that The Dean has made his point.
