Dragged from class and into the conference room, Anabelle is pulled over the Dean's knee and held securely in place for a hard hands-panking. She is then ordered to fully strip and wait for the Dean to finish her punishment. After her bottom has cooled down from her handspanking, the Dean lays Anabelle over the stool and blisters her bottoms with his belt.
