Harlan is sent to prepare herself for a punishment from The Dean. She bares her bottom and lays over a stool. The Dean arrives, hand spanks her and then leaves for a strap to really bring home the point. The Dean returns and delivers a hard bare bottom strapping . She is then left with her skirt up with a very sore bottom , in time out.
