While giving Mr. Heisenberg a tour of the Institute, the Dean is presented with an opportunity to see how his new teacher employs a hands-on approach to discipline. Lila is instructed to go over Mr. Heisenberg's knee for a long painful OTK hand spanking. The Dean and Mr. Heisenberg have completed an inspection of Lila's dorm room and things are not in order. The Dean and Mr. Heisenberg both strap Lila while she's in an uncomfortable lunge position.
