Monica is strapped over her jeans by Assistant Dean. He received a call from her probation officer letting him know that she returned late to her community service work after lunch. He recommends that she is punished for her poor time management. He then brings up that Monica received another complaint for not finishing a project assigned to her during her community service. Monica protests that she was 'actually given another day to finish'. But, seeing as that wasn't the report he was given, he feels he has no choice but to punish her with the strap.
