Kiki is sent to study hall after being spanked and removed from class for not paying attention. The Dean goes to check on her progress and sees that she is still distracted, this time with her hand under her skirt touching herself. She is required to lift her skirt and present the part of her anatomy that she was touching for some very hard smacks before she is bent over for an intense strapping. After her strapping Kiki is required to strip fully naked and is spanked with a heavy wooden ruler until her bottom is black and blue.
