Rae and Maya are waiting at their desks, naked, for The Dean to arrive to punish them. He arrives with a leather strap and applies it first to Maya's bare bottom. The Dean then moves over to Rae and blisters her bottom with the leather strap. He leaves to retrieve another strap to apply to their bottoms. The Dean returns with a small, nasty, stingy strap and applies it to the ladies bare bottoms.
