Decide you really want to wash your hair and lather up and pour a bunch of shampoo on your dry head while it's still in a ponytail. Lather up your hair by pouring shampoo and water using a water bottle all over your hair while it's in a ponytail. Kind of like how she shampoos while her hair is in a ponytail. Just use a water bottle instead of a shower and put shampoo on your dry hair!

Rinse halfway through the video. Have your hair wet and slicked back. Look at your shampoo bottle again and smell it and decide you want another shampooing. Pour shampoo all over your head and lather up! Keep adding more throughout
