This is a compilation of full videos from workouts or better said, attempts of workouts. :))

It begins with one that I posted in March this year when I was a lot thinner, it was a challenge from my friends who laughed at me that I'm fat and I'm not able to workout for even 5 minutes. See if I've proved them wrong.
