I thought of a way to MEASURE the volume of my showerhose enemas.. now I'm putting it into practice TWICE !!

First I figure out the most comfortable flow out of the showerhose that will let me inflate the biggest. The warm water feels SO good!! Next I start the stopwatch on my phone at the exact same time as the flow from the showerhose begins to fill up a 2 cup measuring cup. I record the amount of time it takes to fill up 2 cups of water.
