Vindicated, Red Balloon Dispatch bursts into the General's office right after Purple pops and fakes an order from Black Balloon Girl - the leader of the entire Balloon Girl militia for Blue General to pop HERSELF to atone for her crimes against balloon girls everywhere.

Blue sees no other alternative than to pop herself - Red watches with satisfaction as her General pumps herself up bigger and bigger, glitching out right before her belly gets so full of air that she explodes into atoms.
