As I get more comfortable with the steady flow, I test myself by seeing how long I can take an even faster flow! First counting to 10, then turning the pressure down.

The first cramps start to hit me, but I focus and hold in my enema and let them pass - I even use my hitachi a few times to distract myself from the feeling of extreme tightness in my belly as all the water flows inside! As my belly gets rounder and rounder, I really put myself to the test and let most of what's left in the bag flow inside my belly for almost 40 seconds.. at that point holding it in is almost unbearable!

I overfilled the gallon bag, so the negligible amount left in the bag that is usually difficult to fit should mean at least a full gallon was taken by the end of the video. ^.^
