She answers the door a second time holding her bloated digesting belly to see her tiny neighbor next door looking for his little step-sister - he thinks she might have come by Reina's house earlier that night for candy. Reina suddenly realizes where his little step-sister is, and she has a fun idea to help humor the tiny boy's plan to get his step-sister back. She ties him to a string and gulps him down, letting him search around her huge stuffed belly to find his step-sister and pull her out. After letting him search around, pulling him out once to see he's had no luck (she's probably digested anyway), she lets him search "one more time" and mercilessly gulps him down with the string - his lifeline. GULP. She laughs and rubs her neighbor-stuffed belly with satisfaction
