This is a new idea of mine and I'm so happy Rachel Adams is the first to try it. After securing her in a tight leather hogcuff, she is challenged to crawl on her stomach across the floor and with just three minutes pouring down in a sand hourglass, she has to go back and forth collecting as many gold tokens as she can. Each token equals an extra $1 she can take home...if I decide to let her go of course. How many coins do you think she got in 3 minutes?! Seeing the muscles work despite being bound is so appealing to me, I love the fitness aspect of these bondage challenges.
