The Pseudo Chair has always been the weaker configuration of The Chair with certain straps removed, but with Rose's massive arms leather cuffed behind her back, padlocked to a restraint belt and then anchored by chain to a leather strap at the base of the Chair, her mighty muscle would still be facing quite an uphill climb to break out.
