Once Ultra Girl flexed with all of her might to try and break free of the Chair, she discovered to her dismay that her depowered human strength wasn't enough to free herself. Reluctantly, she agreed to accept her surrender and position as an eternally enslaved woman. No longer worthy of her Ultra uniform, her captor has her change into an outfit more fitting for an ordinary woman and is renamed Normal Girl.
