The paramedic busts through her door to find Emma on the floor and unresponsive. In between chest compressions and rescue breathes, he makes time to strip the clothes, piece by piece, from her lovely, young body. The white blouse and bra are the first to go, soon followed by the tight, black miniskirt. Off come her knee-height, black, high-heel boots, leaving her black thong and sexy, thigh-high stockings as the last to go. But even utterly naked, with rough hands trying to pound the life back into her, she does not recover.

Charging the defibrillator in his kit bag, the man places them on her chest and discharges them, causing Emma’s body convulse. Round after round of CPR and defibrillation are tried, in a determined effort to save her life. It is truly unfortunate that this paramedic seems to be lacking any epinephrine in his kit bag. Will he overcome these challenges and bring Emma back, or will these be her last, final moments?
