Ms. Bliss has come to see Dr. Bottom for a terrible headache problem. He goes over some specifics, having her point to the area, length of time since it first appeared, pain tolerance, and assesses her answers on her chart. He checks her vision, her ears, her heartbeat and breathing as well as her reflexes. He thinks it might be a dehydration headache and asks her to drink more water and take extra strength ibuprofen.
