This clip starts with me tightly packing a sponge into Astrid's mouth so that she swells up from the inside and fills the entire cavity of her mouth. Then I firmly secure this sponge inside her mouth, encircling her head with tape. Astrid now can only whimper, perfectly helpless, just as she loves it! So do I.
