In this clip, John hogties sweet Astrid on screen. Astrid was in heels first but after removing them, we see that her feet are extremely dirty. Seems that she spent some time walking around some dusty place barefoot.

As a result, the barefoot cutie gets tightly hogtied with a large ballgag in her mouth. John also connects her tied toes to the ballgag strap and then attaches another rope from the ceiling to her tied elbows.
