I super hungry, and decide I'm going to eat a whole large pizza to myself. I begin stuffing my face with pizza, chasing it down with drinks of soda. I know how hard my bloated belly is making you. Soon I'm so full I have to let out a nice natural belch to make more room. After finishing off my pizza I let out more burps, trying to release the pressure from my protruding belly.
