I love being gagged, so I practice with some self gags. I start off with a regular old ball gag. It's effective enough but I step it up a notch with a 3 thong mouth stuffing tied in with a par of nylons. Next is 2 men's crew socks, stuffing my cheeks and tied in with a scarf. For my grand finale, I put my ball gag in tie the nylons around it and topping it off with the scarf.
