Riley's all blocked up - she stops in for a quick pee and pushes out a couple of hard little plops with a lot of straining, then before she knows it she's back again for more hard little plops and tummy troubles. Being constipated is so hard, so she spends a lot of time holding her belly and whimpering her way through trying to everything out.
