What's happens when Laura is wearing very painful shoes?

When we've business appointments at the office she uses to wear very high heels but these are more painful than the other ones and I really enjoy to shot her while she's playing with the shoes.

Furthermore, as you know, Laura has a leg length discrepancy so she always has to hide a lift into the right shoe. Of course in these kind of shoes it's quite hard. So she added a strap at her pump to keep it on and to be honest it looks like quite sexy.
