During a normal working day my wife changes her shoes at least two times, maybe three. At the office she quite always wearing cork wedge mules because she has an entire collection. But there is a very special pair which are made on measure by an orthopedic shoemaker to balance her leg length discrepancy and I like to call it "the beast".
