Chi Chi Medina in Freeze Topless In 60 FPS!! In this clip, we have established that Chi Chi is fully under my PROGRAM and has no idea or clue that she is. I then FREEZE her in place, and as this is the first time I'm doing this, she is stuck.. but you can tell if you look closely her eyes are darting back and forth!
