The time has come to customize and program RW 37-B. According to the owner's manual....the Robot simply need to be set to "Program Mode"...and behavioral programming can take place. Voice commands are used to program the Robot...and then pressing "enter" on the remote. The Robot is VERY user friendly...and the programming goes well.
