I take a few vitamins each day since i don't get enough of them with just my regular eating habits. In this clip I show myself telling you about the vitamins i take and the differences in size, and show you how they look on my tongue before gobbling them right up! (no chewing of course!) When it comes to my fiber pills, i swallow two at a time since they're smooth capsules. I show off how they look sliding down my esophagus from the outside (of course)... and I can't help but burp a few times in the clip as well!
