Anastasia Rose (wearing a military outfit) conducts a tour of the area in order to ensure the duty clerks are performing their responsibilities. Of course there is always one duty jerk napping on post. Anastasia happens to be walking around bare foot and the soles of her feet are black and filthy. Since she caught someone resting they must be punished. Anastasia doesn't feel like writing up paperwork, so she orders the clerk to clean the soles of her dirty feet with his tongue.
