Dolly Little (wearing a black and red nurse outfit) and her friend Nora Doll (wearing a white and red nurse outfit) feel the need to punish Doctor G for napping during working hours when patient's health depends on his expertise. Nurse Nora snaps her fingers and the good doctor crawls to her. Nora wastes little by shoving her stinky foot down his throat. Both girls enjoy humiliating Doctor G by wiping their smelly feet all over his face and in his mouth. Once they are content enough Nurse Nora orders him to remove himself from their presence.
