Sunshine (wearing a nurse outfit) and her good friend Donna (wearing a nurse outfit) are tired of the doctor (rootdawg) slacking on his duties. The two women has picked up the extra load of work and they are fed-up with him. The nurses summon the doctor to a private room to show him their filthy soles. His task will be to clean their dirty feet with his tongue. The consequences would be the truth about the doctor napping all day would be revealed to the board of directors.
