Kimber Lee and Melanie Hicks (wearing nurse outfits) work in a home to care for a chauvinistic male pig that continually pinches their butts. Today the girls will exact their revenge on the male pig. The girls are bare foot and trample his stomach, chest, face, and neck. Each girl stands full weight bare foot on the pig's throat. After he crashes out from the intense action the girls leave with plans to send in male nurses to "care" for the chauvinistic pig.
