Mercy West (wearing a Robin outfit) decides the fate of a male convict in order to release him or not. The male is eager to attain his freedom until Mercy informs him her feet need to be cleaned first. Mercy believes she deserves better than a rag to clean the bottoms of her feet, so the male must lick them clean. Once he has finished cleaning Mercy's sexy little feet she walks away leaving him cuffed and flustered.
