Sunshine (wearing a dark nurse outfit) discovers Dr. G napping in a hidden location while patients are suffering from pain. Sunshine decides it is long past time for the doctor to experience some well deserved pain also. Sunshine removes her shoes and tramples the doctor in her socks for a minute or two then sits on his body as human furniture while she peels off her sweaty socks. Sunshine then proceeds to bare foot trample his stomach, chest, face, and neck. She stands full weight barefoot on his throat. Once Dr. G has gone out due to the intense pain Sunshine returns to her "normal" duties.
