Alba Zevon, plucky reporter for the Haven Herald, the prominent daily newspaper in Falcon Haven City, finally obtains the secret documents she needs in order to expose the big city crime boss Benny Bergamot and put the nefarious villain where he belongs - behind bars!

Having met up with Bergamot's own personal accountant, Carlton Forceps, Alba strikes a deal with the nervous bookkeeper, who just so happens to want out on his bosses' criminal activities.
