Three members of the famous crime-fighting team "The Rainbow League" have been lured and subsequently captured by an unknown criminal intent on selling the champions of justice to the highest bidder.

Their only hope for freedom is their friend and final remaining member Joshua Justice. Following a signal sent from an emergency transmitter housed in one of the boots of his crime-fighting colleagues, Josh enters the secret lair of the mysterious miscreant not realising that it is yet another trap.
