Nurse Rose severely tickle Ms. Addams feet with her skilled fingers and various toys. Ms. Addams especially loves the electric flossers in between her toes. Then nurse Rose tires something new to heighten the sensitivity of Ms. Addams feet. She applies baby oil and uses a hair dryer on her feet to make them nice and hot. Ms. Addams goes mad with laughter when nurse rose scrubs her feet with hair brushes. Nurse Rose goes back and forth heating and tickling her feet. Then nurse rose puts ear plugs in Ms. Addams ears and now she can't see, can't speak, can't move,and can't hear! How will part five end? Will Ms. Addams finally escape?
