I'm outdoors behind my apartment building, next to a brick wall. It's snowing and you can hear sounds from the street (sirens, construction, etc.) in the background. I am smoking a cigarette and have continual coughing fits while smoking it. After putting out the cigarette I cough for about half a minute.
