I think I recall a certain cheerleader promising you some flips ;)

So here I am, at sunset, smoking a cigarette while doing toe touches, back handsprings, and back tucks (aka "backflips") for you.

Considering I'm a heavy smoker, I get winded and out of breath pretty dang quick!

At the end of the video I show you my cigarette crush, to stomp it out.

(And then I pick the butt up to throw away, cause littering is a jerk move!)
