She is aware of their existence, though never found any of these small humans at home. He confesses being spying on her for a couple of days now, which upsets Shey but also gives her an idea.

She finishes her session before confronting the tiny man again. She should get rid of him, but instead she will offer him a deal: becoming her forever loyal servant, taking care of all tasks she commands him to do 24/7. He takes the deal. As long as he can be close to her feet, he's happy to do anything for her.

Little does he know she doesn't really plan on keeping him as a pet nor slave at all.
